Our masks are plant blends with no added preservatives and no artificial fragrance, as stated on pack. Each product page lists the full ingredients.
ProductsHow do I use the powder masks?+
Mix the powder with water, rose water or honey into a smooth paste, apply, leave, then rinse. Exact directions and timings are on the pack and product page.
ProductsShould I do a patch test?+
Yes. Test a small area before first use, and stop using the product if you notice irritation. Consult a doctor if it persists.
ProductsIs the Hair Oil suitable for daily use?+
Follow the directions on the pack. We will publish approved usage guidance on the product page.
OrdersHow do I track my order?+
Once your parcel ships you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS, and you can also use the Track order page with your order number.
OrdersCan I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

We accept UPI, cards and other methods enabled through our payment partner, Cashfree. The options available are shown at checkout.
PaymentMy payment failed but money was deducted. What now?+
Please do not pay again. Payments are confirmed by our server and the order page will update once confirmed. Failed payments are refunded by your bank or payment provider; contact us with your order number if it takes long.
